Description
Serie of 4 posters, born from a collaboration between
30DAPC & ZOUBIDA 💕
30DAPC is a project run by Elboukhari Idsalme, aiming to experiment with Tifinagh letters, typography, and Amazigh culture.
Elboukhari is a young self-taught graphic designer, based in Laayoune, at the South of Morocco.
Sophia (Zoubida founder)’s grandmother, Kenza was Amazigh, from the Atlas region.
… Came naturally the idea of exploring Amazigh culture, through a Zoubida lens.
POSTER 3/4: AHWASH (Amazigh type of Dance)
Ahwash (in FR: Ahouach) is a collective performance style originating by Amazigh tribes from North Africa that combines dance, singing, poetry and performed on occasions festivals as celebration.
(Text above is written in Tifinagh on the poster)

Artisanal note
Each garment is hand-sewn in Morocco by artisans I know personally, creating meaningful work and preserving craft. 👋🏽
I personally hand-pick these antique fabrics, traditionally used to decorate Moroccan homes. We work exclusively with deadstocks and leftovers - which means every piece comes in a very limited edition. ♻️

Product care
The fabrics we use are central to Moroccan culture. They are fabrics used to pridely decorate homes. People live in them. They are passed on from a generation to another. 💗
Similarly, your jacket is meant to last! It is a piece you will wear across seasons (on top of a t-shirt in summer, layered on top of a dress and under a coat in winter). 🌅
Due to the lining: Dry clean only :)
